I am a Certified Primal Health Coach who provides diet and lifestyle guidance to people who feel like age is catching up with them, people like you who want to be healthy and active today and well into their later years.
The Primal Lifestyle gives us a template of healthy behaviors based on the way our ancestors prospered in their unique environments. These behaviors support optimum vitality and happiness through a broad spectrum of lifestyle factors, including nutrition, fitness/movement, sleep, stress management, sun, play, and intellectual enrichment. We’ll apply these templates to your circumstances and create the groundwork that will set you up to thrive in your unique environment.
By adhering to the evolutionary behaviors that allowed our ancestors to flourish we can affect the way our hormones respond to our environments. This leads to positive changes to the way our genes are expressed, bringing us closer to optimum metabolic functioning, and further from undesired health outcomes.

Metabolic Transformation
One-On-One Coaching
I offer a 12 week one-on-one coaching program designed to transform you into a state of optimum metabolic health and flexibility, that is easy to attain and effortless to maintain.
I will work with you every step of the way to help you define your main health goals and implement the changes required to reach them. You will learn what to do to reach your goals, how to do it, and why what you do will help you reach your goals. We will find the individualized solution that works for you in your unique life circumstances. At the end of 12 weeks you will be set up for ongoing life long healthy behavior and decision making.
I will work closely with you, one-on-one, to provide education, motivation, and accountability. In addition to our one-on-one time I will provide you with all of the educational materials you’ll need to support your transformation. A word about accountability…one of the most important things you will learn is to be accountable to yourself, which is the key to success in all things!
The Metabolic Transformation includes:
- Full curriculum with details of the Primal behaviors that will change your life
- Collaborative goal setting with accountability to yourself and others
- Weekly coaching calls to talk about opportunities, obstacles, and solutions
- Daily support from me via text/email support
